This package is for the client looking for a full service event planner. Your planner is with you every step of the way, available to you and your event at will.
Services include
- Unlimited phone and email between you and your coordinator from the day of booking
- Unlimited in person consultations with your coordinator. This includes budgeting, vendor appointments, walk thru of your venue, and logistic meetings and occur upon booking to your event date.
- Assistance in locating your perfect venue.
- Complete creation of your wedding day itinerary to include every detail of your day and a customized floor plan.
- Full communication with your vendors to confirm every detail regarding timing, décor, payments, and knowledge of your day.
- Full coordination of your rehearsal ceremony guiding you, your family, and friends through each step.
- Assistance in setting up additional events pertaining to your day such as rehearsal dinners, day after brunch, entertainment for guests week of event, etc.
- Unlimited hours of coordination on your event day.
- Up to 7 additional assistants on your event day (based on descretion of your coordinator.)
- In depth event design and décor discussions - event theme drawings available upon request at an additional charge.
- Assistance with assembly of accessories for example; ribbon treatments, napkin treatments/folding, favors, etc.
- Unlimited vendor referrals.
- This package is inclusive of all the ala carte options.
