No two events are the same, and that is how I customize my packages as well. Each one is tailored to your budget and needs so that it fits you. Please keep in mind this is a description of some of the package options, and can be custom fit for any event!
Gardenia
This package is for the client looking take charge of most of the event planning on their own, and receive added guidance for the completion and coordination for the event, beginning 2 months prior to the event date. {learn more}
Magnolia
This package is for the client looking for guidance in planning and coordination upon the day of booking your planner. {learn more}
Peony
This package is for the client looking for a full service event planner. Your planner is with you every step of the way, available to you and your event at will. {learn more}
Ala Carte Options/Hourly Services
A number of ala carte services may be combined into a “mini” package for a rate decided upon between client and coordinator.
Services include and are not limited to:
- Budget – creation of a budget for your event
- Creation of event design and guidance on how to achieve – (includes vendor referrals)
- Creation of timeline. All details of your event, down to the minute
- Assistance in assembling favors, folding napkins, applying ribbon treatments, etc.
- Coordinator’s attendance on a day of vendor appointments. (flat rate applies per day)
- Contracts review – review of all contracts pertaining to event day
- Vendor referrals
- Other services available upon request
$100/hour- additional for travel
